Agartra is a 2-bedroom villa for rent in Kas Belenli region with an
accommodation capacity of 4 people. With its modern architecture, it is in a
quiet location in nature and has a jacuzzi, pool and large garden. It has been
carefully designed with modern and comfortable furnishings and welcomes you,
its guests, in the best possible way.

BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table,
Jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table,
wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.
HALL:
There
is a sitting group, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN
: There
is a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, stove, tea maker, coffee machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN
: There
is a camellia, barbecue and children's playground for you in our large garden.
INTERNET:
There is Wi -Fi in the villa . Internet connection problems may
occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to
time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are
easily accessed.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in
the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning,
extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the
prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done
regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects,
flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1500 TL is
required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, lost or
damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 750 TL cleaning fee.
