EXPLANATION : Our
luxury villa is located in Kalkan Patara region. Villa Acropolis, which is
intertwined with nature, offers you a wonderful holiday. This very elite and
stylishly designed villa has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6
people.
1. BEDROOM: There
is a suite family bedroom, 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning,
make-up table, wardrobe, WC & bathroom , exit to the pool terrace.
2. BEDROOM: The
suite has a teenage bedroom, 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up
table, air conditioning, WC & bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.
3. BEDROOM: There
is a suite family bedroom, 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand,
wardrobe, WC & bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.
HALL : There
is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and fireplace.
KITCHEN :
Refrigerator, oven, tea maker, coffee maker etc. All kitchen utensils are
available.
SWIMMING POOL : There
is a private swimming pool. Pool dimensions: 15 m X 4 m. Depth: 1.50 m
GARDEN: In the
garden, there are tables and chairs, garden sitting group, sun loungers,
parasol, barbecue.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi
in the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure
of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
EXTRAS: Internet,
kitchen utensils, air conditioners , television, sun loungers etc. in the
villa. has.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1000TL
cleaning fee.
