DESCRIPTION: Our
villa is in Fethiye's Ovacık location, with a view of Babadağ and Mendos
Mountain , the highest mountain in the region . With its proximity to touristic
areas such as Ölüdeniz Beach, Kıdrak Bay, Butterfly Valley, Kabak Bay, which is
one of the most famous beaches in the world and awarded the blue flag, Villa
Minister 3 offers its guests a perfect villa experience.
1.BEDROOM : There
is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner.
2.BEDROOM : There
are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner.
HALL: There
is a seating group, dining table, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group and
barbecue.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a
possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2000 TL
cleaning fee.
