DESCRIPTION: Our villa is located in Fethiye Karaçulha area. It is modern and luxurious and every detail, even the smallest detail, has been prepared with care. Our 3-bedroom villa has a capacity of 6 people. Our villa with sea view has a jacuzzi. It is an ideal choice for large families and large groups. It stands out with its location close to Fethiye center and beaches.

Villa Eda 2 is right next to our villa. It can be rented together for large groups if the calendar is available.

1st BEDROOM: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd BEDROOM: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

LIVING ROOM: Comfortable and luxurious seating group, dining table, chairs, satellite receiver, LCD TV, internet, air conditioning.

KITCHEN: refrigerator, oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, electric coffee pot, dinner set, pan, pots, cutlery and other kitchen utensils are available.

GARDEN: Sun lounger, parasol, garden seating group, garden swing, table and chairs are available.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, spillage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an additional 3000 TL cleaning fee for accommodations of 7 nights or less.
