DESCRIPTION: Villa Family House Faralya ; Our villa is located in Fethiye Faralya . It is a villa in an olive garden, surrounded by greenery, away from the city and intertwined with nature. It consists of 2 bedrooms and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. There is 1 jacuzzi in the master bedroom. It is an ideal option for nuclear families.
1. BEDROOM : There is a double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom, air conditioner.
2. BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioner.
HALL: There is a sitting group, TV, dining table, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found . We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 3 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1000TL cleaning fee.
