Description: Our Villa, located in Ölüdeniz , Ovacık, has
3 bedrooms and all rooms are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms.
1. Bedroom: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed,
wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
2. Bedroom: Master suite bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up
table, balcony, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
3. Bedroom: There are 4 single beds, wardrobe , balcony , air
conditioner, bathroom and toilet.
Kitchen: refrigerator , oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher,
4-burner stove, electric kettle ( ketil ), vacuum cleaner , toaster ,
dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, cutlery and other kitchen equipment
available.
Living Room: There is a seating group, WC, satellite receiver, LCD TV,
internet, air conditioning, dining table, chairs and exit to the pool. There is
an alarm.
Garden: There are sunbeds, parasols, shower, sitting group, barbecue, table and
chairs .
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may
occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to
time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are
easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are
included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra
cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health etc. Insurance is not
included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature,
spraying is done regularly . Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT : Damage, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 5000TL is
required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or
damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE
: Due
to the ongoing infrastructure works in our villas located in Ölüdeniz (Ovacık-
Hisarönü ) regions, electricity, water and internet interruptions may occur
from time to time.
NOTE
: For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1000TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE:
The prices of our villas may vary according to the current exchange
rate calendar . In case of reservation, price information will be given by
calculating the current exchange rate pricing of that day.
