in Kalkan İkizce, has been designed in an extremely modern and stylish way. On
the lowest floor of our villa, which consists of 3 floors, the family in charge
lives in order to ensure the security and needs of the villa. The entrance of
the villa is independent from the lower floor, the interior is not visible in
any way. There is a sauna and 2 pools in the villa, one of which is an indoor
heated pool. It is a holiday villa preferred by large families and crowded
groups of friends. It consists of 5 bedrooms in total and has a jacuzzi in 2
bedrooms. It is a holiday villa preferred by those looking for a quiet and calm
holiday away from the city.

is Wi-Fi in the villa. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using

IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damage,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 1000₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : If requested, heating is turned on
for an extra fee. The weekly fee is 2.500TL. Guests
who want pool heating should contact the contact person 3 days before they
enter the villa.
