DESCRIPTION: Villa Moneta is located in the Sarılar region between Kaş and Demre. Our 2-bedroom villa has a capacity of 4 people. It is an ideal holiday villa for honeymoon couples and nuclear families.

NOTE ; DEMRE BEACH 20 KM. KAPUTAŞ BEACH 25 KM.

Kalkan is a settlement built on a hillside due to its geographical structure. To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, you have to go uphill.


1st BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom & WC.


2nd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom & WC.


LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, coffee table, air conditioning, TV, satellite receiver, wifi, and an exit to the pool terrace.


KITCHEN: There is an American open kitchen, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stove, hood, kitchen utensils, dining table and chairs.


GARDEN: There are sun loungers, barbecue, dining table and chairs, garden seating group, parasol.


INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, spillage etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned upon departure from the villa.


NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 7 nights or less with an additional 1000₺ cleaning fee.
