DESCRIPTION: Our villa is located in
the Kalkan-Bezirgan region, on a land of three and a half acres. There are
dozens of fruit trees in the garden. There are sports room, basketball court (
also suitable for tennis and volleyball), table tennis, table football, Turkish
bath and sauna in Villa Nirvana to make your holiday more beautiful . Villa
Nirvana is a three bedroom villa with a total accommodation capacity of 6
people. Villa Nirvana, which offers every opportunity in both recreation and
entertainment areas ; It has taken its place in our portfolio as one of the
ideal options for holiday lovers who want to spend a unique holiday.
1. BEDROOM : There is a double bed,
bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, TV, jacuzzi, balcony,
bathroom and toilet.

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, dining table, private barbecue area (
fireside ), basketball court, table tennis and table football.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 15000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 5500TL cleaning fee.
