DESCRIPTION: Our holiday villa located in Kalkan Yeşilköy is located in nature with a 


Villa Polen Duo has 1 bedrooms and is prepared to accommodate 2 people. It is among our conservative honeymoon villa rental options suitable for our conservative couples and honeymooners.


1st BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe


LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, wireless modem, satellite receiver. There is an exit to the pool terrace.


KITCHEN: Modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.


GARDEN: Private swimming pool, sun lounger, umbrella, seating group, private barbecue, dining table.


INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden loads, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, breakage, spillage, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.


NOTE: Reservations are accepted for stays of 7 nights or less with an additional cleaning fee of  750 tl TL.


NOTE: Kalkan is a settlement built on a hillside due to its geographical structure. In order to reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, you have to go uphill and some villas can be reached by 300-400 meters of stabilized roads.
