DESCRIPTION: Located in Kalkan Kördere area, it has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Our villa, which has been designed in an extremely tasteful way, is very special in everything and is equipped in a way that you will never want to leave, where you will have many facilities that thousands of people benefit from in the most luxurious hotel or holiday village. Our villa generally has a private swimming pool & pool terrace, large living room & open-plan kitchen, game room, cinema room, sports room, Turkish bath, large ultra-luxury jacuzzi and 2 luxurious bedrooms.1. BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, Jacuzzi, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom & WC.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, TV, TV table, coffee table and air conditioning in the living room.
KITCHEN: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, hood, oven, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery and cutlery.
GARDEN: There is a sheltered private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, dining table and chairs, swings and barbecue in the garden.
INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; Social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, sanitation etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are surrounded by nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite all precautions, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is refunded when you leave the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 6 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2000 ₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE: In terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by 300-400 meters of stabilized roads.NOTE: For stays of 6 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2000 ₺ cleaning fee.
